Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 kgs kappa


  • 1/4 kgs shallots


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 2 sprig curry leaves


  • 6 nos green chillies


  • 2 cups coconut milk

Directions

  • Take kappa and cut into small pieces,keep it aside
  • Boil Kappa with coconut milk
  • Add salt and turmeric powder to it
  • crush well shallot and green chilli in mixer
  • add this mixture When kappa is half cooked
  • And cook well
  • Again add coconut milk before 10 mins as it is out from flame
  • Add curry leaves mix well
  • Serve hot
